Colorful Transferware Platter Circa Late 1800s

Large antique English platter possibly made by Ashworth's. This beautiful platter measures approx. 14"x17 1/4". It is English and dates from the mid to the late 1800s. It was probably made by Ashworth's and is very similar to their Mandarin pattern. The colors are quite beautiful in a mix of purple, aqua, pink, green, peach, blue, yellow, and burnt orange. The background pattern is transferware and the details such as the flower colors are handpainted. There is just a little wear to the blue color on the center scene. This is a very pretty platter.
