Circa 1910 oil painting on canvas. This painting shows a canal scene with foliage, a bridge, and buildings in the background. The colors are very pleasant and the scene has a French look. This painting was reframed at some point. The canvas is folded over on the back. This is visible in the photos. A signature is not visible - but, there could be a signature on one of the folded corners. The current frame is old and is a perfect match for this painting. The frame measures approx. 20 1/4" tall by 31" wide. The visible canvas area measures approx. 15" by 25 1/2".
