Antiques On The Square Sales and Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed at Antiques On The Square. We do our best to present merchandise as honestly and accurately as possible. If an item received is not as advertised, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct the problem. Almost all items are antique or at least vintage, and consequently will show signs of age, use, or wear. However, if you are not pleased with an item, please contact us immediately by telephone at 706-342-3311 or email at sales@antiquesonthesquare.com and return the item within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping and insurance on returned items are the buyers responsibility. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. By ordering through our website, you are acknowledging our return policy.
Because we do have a bricks and mortar shop that operates daily, there is the possiblilty we may sell something in the shop at the same time a website order is being submitted. To best prevent that rare occurrence from happening, items sold in the shop will immediately be removed from the website or marked "sold".

You can be assured that we will never give your private information to others. That includes your name and email address. We will not share your private information with anyone else. You may order from us online or by telephone. If you prefer to give credit card payment details by phone, we can be reached Tuesday thru Saturday 10AM-6PM EST and Sunday 1PM-6PM EST at 706-342-3311.
Shipping Policy:
All purchases will be packed with extreme care and shipped ASAP.
We at Antiques On The Square understand the value and rarity of our antique merchandise. We package items very carefully and do our best to prevent any shipping damage. To simplify ordering, our shipping charges are listed for each item. Our normal form of shipping is UPS or U.S. Post Office. If you require a different carrier or express shipping, please put that in comments when you place your order or contact us via phone or email. Shipping charges for oversized items will be calculated on an individual basis. When purchasing larger items such as furniture, the customer will be responsible for arranging shipping. Antiques On The Square will gladly assist as much as possible.
We use heavy duty shipping boxes to protect our merchandise. But, as often as possible, we recycle packing products such as peanuts or bubblewrap.
Mechanical Items Policy:
We try to make sure all our items are as good a condition as possible. For example, most antique lamps and light fixtures have been rewired. However, we can not guarantee antique and vintage mechanical or electrical items for reliability. These items were made many years ago and possibly have not been used in years. This includes clocks, barometers, watches, lamps, etc.
